›What is DriveAction?
DriveAction is a turnkey advocacy platform from IMGE. It runs customizable letter and call-to-action campaigns that turn supporters and employees into effective advocates with legislators, regulators, and other decision-makers — from local zoning hearings to national rulemaking and federal legislation. Every campaign ships with multi-channel delivery (email, fax, webform, phone, SMS) and real-time analytics. Public-affairs teams can also commission custom data visualization builds — bespoke per engagement — to prove an organization's impact in advocacy meetings.
›Who uses DriveAction?
Trade associations, Fortune 500 government-affairs teams, large employers running employee advocacy programs, advocacy non-profits, public-affairs consultancies, and political action committees. Anyone who needs to put a credible volume of personalized voices in front of decision-makers on a tight timeline.
›How fast can a DriveAction campaign go live?
Standard turnaround for a turnkey campaign is days, not weeks. The IMGE team handles branding, letter drafting, advocate-matching (ZIP-to-legislator), delivery configuration per office, and the live analytics dashboard. Clients have stood up full campaigns in 48 hours when a regulatory window opened unexpectedly.
›What channels does DriveAction deliver letters through?
Email, fax, webform, phone, and SMS — whichever channel each specific office accepts. Many congressional and regulatory offices only honor letters submitted via a particular webform or fax line. DriveAction maintains the routing tables that map each office to the correct channel, so an advocate's letter actually arrives in the system the office reads from.
›Can DriveAction be used for employee advocacy?
Yes. Employee advocacy is one of the three core use cases. DriveAction gives employees a single mobile-friendly page (typically reached via a QR code on a break-room poster, an HR portal link, or a Slack channel) where they can contact their representatives on a topic the employer has flagged as important. The employer sees aggregate participation; the employees own their individual letters.
›How is the data visualization side different from advocacy?
Advocacy and visualization are two halves of the same conversation. The advocacy side puts voices in front of decision-makers. The visualization side is a custom build engagement — for public-affairs teams that already have impact data (jobs, economic contribution, charitable giving, vendor spend, etc.), we design and build a bespoke visualization scoped to how they need to tell the story. The Fortune 50 case study on this page is one example: a congressional-district-aware view their government-affairs team uses every time they walk into an office. The next one we build looks however the engagement requires.
›Does DriveAction integrate with Outburst?
Yes. DriveAction's action data can be piped directly into Outburst, IMGE's AI analytics platform on Snowflake. Once it's there, an organization can ask cross-campaign questions through Claude (via Outburst's MCP server) — advocate lifetime value, audience overlap across campaigns, channel ROI — without exporting CSVs.
›Can I customize DriveAction with my own branding?
Yes — completely. Every advocate-facing surface is fully customizable: your logo, your colors, your typography, your domain, your campaign-specific copy and imagery, your custom letter language, and the recipient list. From the supporter's perspective the campaign is yours end-to-end. DriveAction is the engine, not the brand they see.
